Csco, resume of the Bearmarket?

Looking at Csco chart one can say that Csco is really in trouble, i simply can't see how bulls can win the battle. Bears are alreday in control, and i supose Csco will visit 25$ in the near future. For that reason i think csco is already in a bear trend that will last a few months, now on.
